I read the novel "forever..." by Judy Blume, published in 2007 by Simon Pulse and is 192 pages long. This fictional novel is a story about love. If the first guy a girl falls for is her true love or just a step closer to the one she will spend the rest of her life with. Katherine is a teenage girl who falls for a guy she meets at a party. She deals with her parents and sibling in her face about school and her boyfriend. She spends time with her friends and more time with her boyfriend, Michael. The book does have some sexual content. Katherine learns a life lesson about love and heartache. Also that love doesn't last forever at a young age. I truly enjoyed how Judy Blume put this novel together it describes what first love relationships are about. They are complex and take time. I would recommend this novel for anyone who wants a light, quick read. If you enjoy cute love stories then this book is for you!
